Yesterday, the Naira fell to N1,655 per dollar on the parallel market, down from N1,645 on Wednesday.
Similarly, the Naira fell to N1,649.76 per dollar in the Nigerian Autonomous Foreign Exchange Market, or NAFEM.
According to FMDQ data, the indicative exchange rate for NAFEM increased to N1,649.76 per dollar from N1,558.75 per dollar on Wednesday, meaning that the naira depreciated by N91.01.
As a result, the difference between the parallel market and NAFEM rates fell to N5.24 per dollar, down from N86.25 the day before.
