Popular Philanthropist, Mr Peter Akpanke popularly known as De Solid Rock has sponsored the opening of Ketting- Bayaga-Sankwala Communities in Obanliku local Government Area, Cross River State.
The roads which serves as a linkeage between Ketting, through Bayaga in Bisu to Sankwala communities is the easiest route through which the Paramount ruler, indigenes, residents and commuters can use to access the Ikom -Calabar highway.
The grading is expected to put the road in a manageable state for public use pending when asphalting and other construction work continue.
Mr Akpanke who is preparing for his special Thanksgiving on the 5th of December 2021, revealed that the road is one among many other good things that he is set to do in the LGA and her neighborhood to better the living conditions of the people. He also stated that his intent for carrying out such projects is not because he holds any mandate or because he is seeking for the people’s mandate but because he wishes to see that the people always live well and safe, highlighting that the struggle is against hunger and inhumane, rather than humanity
